Introduction of Compressed Air Foam Fire Extinguisher

CAFS System stands for Compressed Air Foam Fire Extinguisher and is a system for the production of high-quality CAF (Compressed Air Foam), which is used to fight solid and liquid fires. In the production of CAF, the same three components are required (water, foam compound and air) as in the generation of conventional fire fighting foam. The crucial difference lies in the foam expansion of the water-foam compound mixture, which in the CAFS system does not take place passively through the injector principle on the nozzle, but rather actively in a mixing chamber in the system by means of compressed air.

Company Introduction of Compressed Air Foam Fire Extinguisher

Our Company EUROSAFE design and produce New Technological Products automatic fire suppression systems, CAFS Compressed Air Foam Systems, and so on. Our automatic fire systems include Kitchen Fire System, Vehicle fire systems, Electric fire systems. Mainly sell to Europe, America, Australia, South America and middle east. Our vehicle fire systems are used for Bus, Truck, Car, Train, Yacht, Mining vehicle, Rally car, etc. Our Automatic fire suppression tube, we had sold many to Europe.

Compressed Air Foam Systems are used in various firefighting applications, ranging from municipal firefighting and industrial settings to wildland firefighting. Firefighters can apply the foam using specialized nozzles or monitors, providing flexibility in adapting to different fire scenarios. The system can be integrated into fire trucks, portable units, and fixed installations, offering a versatile and powerful tool for fire responders.

The resulting foam has several advantageous properties, including increased fire suppression efficiency, enhanced cooling capabilities, and improved coverage. The air bubbles in the foam help smother the fire by reducing oxygen availability, while the foam’s insulating properties help prevent re-ignition. Additionally, the foam’s ability to adhere to vertical surfaces and penetrate hard-to-reach areas makes it particularly effective in combating fires involving flammable liquids, hazardous materials, and complex structures.

With its ability to optimize water usage, improve firefighting effectiveness, and minimize environmental impact, the Compressed Air Foam System stands as a modern solution that enhances fire suppression capabilities and helps mitigate the risks posed by a variety of fire types.
