Description

EUROSAFE® is a High-pressure Water Mist Fire Fighting System that uses micro- droplets released through the nozzle into protected areas. Water is discharged in a form that ensures fire suppression, control or extinguish. When water is forced through nozzles at high pressure, a super-fine mist is formed that has a two-fold extinguishing effect. As well as cooling the fire it simultaneously starves the fire of oxygen. This cooling effect also reduces the likelihood of re-ignition. A EUROSAFE® system is comprised of several EUROSAFE® high-pressure water mist nozzles connected by stainless steel piping to a modular EUROSAFE® high-pressure pump unit. Stainless steel EUROSAFE® high-pressure water mist section valves are supplied with the EEUROSAFE® system in order to separate the individual fire sections. The EUROSAFE® pump unit can feed either automatic frangible glass bulb nozzles or open nozzles in “wet”, “pre-action” or “deluge/dry” applications

  • The high-pressure water mist system device uses water as the fire extinguishing medium, and uses a special atomizing nozzle to de-compose the water flow into small water droplets to extinguish the fire under a specific pressure (usually the minimum pressure of the nozzle is 10MPa). With the characteristics of economy and wide application, it has become an important technology to re-place the halon fire extinguishing system, and has a wide application prospect.
  • Fine water mist: sprayed at the minimum working pressure of the nozzle, measured on a plane 1m down from the axis of the nozzle, the water mist with the droplet size Dv0.99 less than 400 μm, and Dv0.50 less than 200μm.

COMPOSITION AND WORKING PRINCIPLE

The water mist fire extinguishing device consists of a high-pres-sure water mist special water storage tank, a water mist fire extinguishing device pump unit (including high-pressure main pump, high-pressure backup pump, voltage stabilizer pump, pump unit control cabinet, water inlet solenoid valve, water inlet filter It is composed of water supply system, water supply pipe network, partition control valve box group of water mist fire extinguishing device, water mist sprinkler, high pressure water mist pipeline and fire detection and alarm system. Warning

  • The pump set and regional valve set should be put into operation only after the commissioning and acceptance and the fire-fighting acceptance are completed.
  • The system maintenance personnel should conduct regular in-section, testing and maintenance of the water mist fire extinguishing system according to the water mist specification and the requirements of this manual to ensure that the system is in good working condition.
  • The operation and management of the system should formulate operation and maintenance procedures, clarify the responsibility of managers, and operators must undergo professional training.
  • Before closing the valve group or detecting the alarm device, the relevant property management unit and fire control center must be notified to ensure that no false alarm will be issued.
  • When the system is closed for maintenance, manual inspection must be carried out on the fire extinguishing area controlled by it, until the system is restored to use after the maintenance is completed.
  • In the maintenance process, if any fault occurs, please carefully check and eliminate the fault, check the possible causes and take measures.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Our company’s water mist fire extinguishing system equipment uniformly implements a one-year free warranty. During the warranty period, free maintenance for problems caused by product quality shall be undertaken by our maintenance center. A solution will be given within 24 hours after receiving the user’s fault notification.

Maintenance beyond the warranty period

For products that need to be repaired beyond the warranty period, the company provides spare parts according to the customer’s requirements, and the parts only charge the cost. If the customer cannot eliminate the equipment failure, the company will guide customer online in 48 hours after receiving the customer’s notice. The company can sign a long-term maintenance agreement with the user.
