The ES-WRP proportioner is available in diameters (6″) and is capable of correctly mixing foam concentrate at flow rates ranging from 95 LPM (25 GPM) to 11356 LPM (3000GPM)
This proportioner is particularly suitable for applications with closed-head foam/water sprinkler systems, where the initial flow rate may be low and progressively increase as additional sprinklers are activated.

As additional sprinkler heads open, the increasing water flow causes the deflector to gradually open. This movement larges the orifice section in the dosing channel, allowing a greater amount of foam concentrate to enter the water stream. This feature enables the proportioner to accurately dose foam at both very low and very high flow rates.
To ensure proper operation of the proportioner, a straight pipe section equal to at least five nominal diameters must be provided both upstream and downstream of the unit.
